Best Practices Program Manager. Managed the collection, refinement, and dissemination of proven best practices for use by senior AMS managers on large management consulting and IT engagements.

Strategy Consultant. Consulted (jointly with a Harvard Business School professor) to executives of a top-tier pharmaceutical manufacturer to improve their strategic planning process and cross-group coordination.

Business Plan Consultant. Selected by AMS Chairman to refine the business plan and financial projections for a start-up internet-based bank lending business.
