collection, refinement, and dissemination of proven best
practices for use by senior AMS managers on large management
consulting and IT engagements.
Strategy Consultant. Consulted (jointly with a
Harvard Business School professor) to executives of a top-tier
pharmaceutical manufacturer to improve their strategic
planning process and cross-group coordination.
Business Plan Consultant. Selected by AMS Chairman
to refine the business plan and financial projections for a
start-up internet-based bank lending business. |
